COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL WINDOW CLEANING

REACH AND WASH

We opt for this method as the advantages include improved safety (it reduces the need for ladders), effectiveness in reaching high and awkwardly positioned windows, an environmentally friendly cleaning option without the use of chemicals.

  • We use telescopic poles to clean your windows from the ground, allowing us to reach window several stories high without the use of ladders.

  • Purified water runs through these poles straight on to your windows. The water has gone through a process that removes minerals and impurities, preventing streaks and spots on the glass

  • The brush heads are specially made for glass so it won’t scratch even when pressure is applied to scrub the dirt and grow off the windows.

  • After scrubbing, the pure water rinses away the loosened dirt and air dries streak free and clean.

TRADITIONAL

Although we mainly use the reach and wash method to clean windows, we also use the traditional method (sponge and squeegee) for instances listed below

  • Internal window cleaning (including velux windows)

  • Delicate windows (old frames)

SKY LIGHTS

Usually we will use the reach and wash method however sometimes we may need to add chemical to get off any hardened dirt and stains.

POST-CONSTRUCTION WINDOW CLEAN (builders clean)

This type of cleaning addresses the specific challenges posed by construction debris and residue.We use a specialised window scraper to carefully remove paint spots, stickers and other stubborn residue. We then use the traditional window cleaning method to scrub the glass and then squeegee off the solution.

GUTTER CLEARING

We use a high powered vacuum system that provides powerful suction to remove debris, leaves and dirt from gutters. We ensure that the gutters are completely clear by using our inspection camera which may also highlight potential issues in your gutter.
